How do I know my order is processed?
An order confirmation email indicates that your order has been processed and confirmed by Les Sourire. If you do not receive any order confirmation email for your order, please send a follow-up email to Les Sourire.

Will ordered item be out of stock or sold out?
Yes, it will. Your ordered item might be unavailable upon request. All items are sold in a first come first served basis based on the sequence of incoming ordering emails. Les Sourire keeps limited stock only for each design in order to bring in more new lovely items and try to ensure exclusivity. Les Sourire will notify you if your ordered item is not available.

What if I am interested in the sold-out item?
You may send an email request to Les Sourire regarding the sold-out item, and Les Sourire will then check with the korea supplier about the item availability. If stock is available, Les Sourire will inform you.

Can I cancel my order?
Can. You can cancel your order as long as payment has not been made. Simply reply to the order confirmation email or your ordering email by indicating [Cancellation] in the email subject, for instance, I want to order [Cancellation] or Order Confirmation [Cancellation].

Will my order be voided if payment is not made within 48 hours?
Yes, it will. Your order will be voided automatically if payment is not received within 48 hours from the day of order confirmation email is sent. Your requested item will go to the next buyer if payment is not made.

6.

Is the price indicated for each item inclusive of shipping cost?
No. The indicated price is item cost. Shipping cost is calculated separately per order. Shipping cost will be relatively cost-effective if more items are purchased in one single order. Free local shipping for purchase of S$20 and above.

7.

Do you handle overseas delivery?
Presently Les Sourire only handles deliveries within Singapore.

8.

What shipping mode is available?
All items are delivered using SingPost. Les Sourire will pack the purchased items with bubble wrap to ensure the items are arrived in the best condition possible. Les Sourire is not liable for any delayed, lost or damaged shipment as Les Sourire ensures utmost care is taken in packing and getting the items delivered.

9.

Are purchased items refundable or exchangeable?
All sales are final. Sold items are not refundable or exchangeable. Les Sourire ensures all ordered items are in good condition and packs up in proper manner before items are delivered.
